When the transformer (with and without a casing) is powered on, the RDG(B)/RSG(B) series single-phase and three-phase dry-type transformers use high-quality materials and advanced technology, produced with specialized equipment. They reference the latest low-voltage transformers developed abroad, with single-phase capacities ranging from 0.1KVA to 200KVA and three-phase capacities from 1KVA to 3000KVA. The product's dimensions and installation sizes are standardized but can also be customized according to customer requirements. The transformer series products combine customer configurations and cost-effectiveness, flexibly adopting air self-cooling and air cooling (with special requirements, water cooling) methods. After optimization design, the products feature small size, light weight, good insulation, and heat resistance. They can also be equipped with protective covers or enclosures as per customer needs. The products are suitable for various industrial distribution devices and circuits under AC 50Hz/60Hz, with voltages below 3000V. Additionally, we provide designs for transformers for photovoltaic fields and wind farms below 35KV, including dual-split transformers. Core materials: The core materials of the transformers mainly consist of high-quality silicon steel sheets and special magnetic core materials. The quality and efficiency of the transformer are significantly related to the quality of the matched core materials. Therefore, the silicon steel sheets and special cores selected by our company are high-performance materials.
Main product features:
1) High-performance silicon steel sheets are used, providing strong system stability and reliability with low losses;
2) The primary and secondary windings are completely electrically isolated, specifically designed to eliminate the harmonic content proposed by customers through connection methods and related design parameters, resulting in strong anti-interference capabilities;
3) The coils are fully impregnated using VPI vacuum pressure, followed by high-temperature curing and drying, resulting in a smooth and uniform paint film without cracking;
4) The products use environmentally friendly flame-retardant insulating materials. Under high-temperature open flame combustion, they produce almost no smoke;
5) The product's paint film has strong adhesion, high mechanical strength, and excellent resistance to moisture, salt spray, and dust, making it suitable for operation in heavily polluted environments;
6) The insulation layer is extremely thin and uniform. The core and coils, made from high-quality materials and professional production processes, ensure the product has strong overload capacity and impact resistance, among other unique characteristics;
7) This series of products also features low noise, with overcurrent and overload protection designed according to customer requirements, suitable for a wide range of load types.
